Marie-Hélène Bonneau, Head of Security division, UIC (France)

Ms. Marie-Hélène Bonneau is head of the security division at UIC, the worldwide professional association representing the railway sector and promoting rail transport. She holds a master’s degree in Business Informatics and she’s auditor of the 22nd National session on Security and Justice at INHESJ. For more than 10 years, she works on the organization and animation of cooperation activities within the UIC security platform which brings together security experts from the railway companies. She has been involved in several EU projects addressing rail security and safety issues.

Eddy Thésée, VP Group Products & Solutions Cybersecurity, Alstom (France)

Prior to joining Alstom, Eddy was working in consulting companies implementing mathematical algorithms for the prediction of stock market prices or the conduct of oil drilling. Eddy Joined Alstom in 1999 to support the activities related to “year 2000” mitigation. After several positions in IT for Alstom global operations and end users support, Signalling, Turnkey & Infrastructure and Asia Pacific, he has been in charge for Processes, Methods, and tools for Signalling and Digital Mobility. His current scope of responsibilities includes the definition of the cybersecurity strategy for products and solutions across Alstom portfolio, the execution of cybersecurity activities in projects and new products, and the development of the cybersecurity standalone business allowing Alstom to provide services and solutions answering to the growing demand in the railway market.

Eddy has a strong background in IT build from his leading positions in information system management. He has been responsible for change management and transformation projects in the area of ERP deployment, System engineering (requirement and configuration management), software development, operating systems development and he is passionate with hacking and new technologies.


Engineer HASSANI FADOUA, Manager of Cybersecurity Governance and Compliance, ONCF (Morocco)

Mrs. Fadoua Hassani born in 1987, is currently Head of Governance, Risk and Compliance Team at the Moroccan railway Company (ONCF).
She is also a Cybersecurity expert with more than 11 years of experience including advanced skills in Cyber Risk Management and Governance.

ZEMRANI Charaf, Head of the General Security Policy Department, National Office of Railways of Morocco (Morocco)

30 years of experience in the field of railway safety.
Currently Head of the General Security Policy Department at the National Office of Railways of Morocco:
In charge of defining and leading the Safety Management System, operating safety regulations and leading the feedback process in the field of safety.
In charge of the evaluation of rail project safety files and safety audits.
Contribution to the HSR Morocco project:
Evaluation of the project’s safety files with the assistance of an approved qualified organization
Participation in the Drafting Committee for HSR operating texts with assistance from experts in the field.
